STANDING POUCH

S&Z Cemerlang is a long-established brand known by many especially in the northern Malaysia. The original packaging for its crunchy, tasty seaweed cracker is outdated and imaginably unsophisticated. After some decision making, the final design blends an attractive, luring color with a fun, cheerful concept, yet keeping the natural look of the crackers in tact. It is considered a successful design as it promotes the brand to a nationwide scale. In 2016, AZ Design Studio was honoured to be presented the Good Design Award by Majlis Rekabentuk Malaysia (MRM). It is such a journey with this packaging design.
