We help you legally register your trademark to obtain exclusive rights to the trademark as well as obtain legal protection in the event of trademark rights infringement such as trademark used without permission, copied and so on. We will assist you in registering a trademark starting from A-Z, where we search for the brand or logo you want to register. We also provide consultation on trademark registration. Search results will be release within 24 hours of the process. The brand search process is highly recommended so that your trademark is unique and has no resemblance to any other trademark.

STAGE 1 : 
Our team will provide branding advisory services and brand reviews for your brand to ensure the to-be-registered brand do not conflict with any trademarks that exist and have been registered. This is to confirm that there are no issues or rejected registrations during the process due to having similarities with other trademarks. Searching process is also conducted to ensure your soon-registered brand complies with the registration requirements and trademark laws.


STAGE 2 : 
Our team will guide you with MyIPO registration smoothly. After your application has been approved, you will be asked for a branding registration fees to change TM (Temporary Mark) to R (Registration).  Then, after the brand registration is confirmed, you will receive a R registration certificate and legal use for 10 years. Once the certificate is handed to you, you can put the (R) mark on your registered brand or logo.
